Meet Daniel: Managing Director at Normec Hybeta

“Here, strategies can actually be implemented, not just discussed.”

Driving entrepreneurship and ownership through collaboration

Daniel Triphaus, Managing Director at Normec Hybeta, has been driving growth and collaboration within Normec for several years. Since 1 January 2026, he has also taken on responsibility for Normec Healthcare DACH. In his role, he experiences firsthand how entrepreneurship, responsibility and teamwork come together within the organisation.

Turning ideas into action

For Daniel, Normec offers a working environment where ideas are not only discussed, but actively realised. “What I value most about Normec is the freedom to pursue my own ideas,” Daniel says. “Here, strategies can actually be implemented, not just discussed.” This entrepreneurial mindset is central to how he approaches his role, continuously shaping both organisational development and his own growth along the way.

A culture of ownership and collaboration

What sets Normec apart for Daniel are the people: “People here work towards a common goal with passion and conviction.” Within his team at Normec Hybeta, this contributed to a working environment where people feel motivated, where their work has meaning, and where they genuinely enjoy contributing. According to Daniel, this combination of ownership and collaboration is essential for achieving sustainable results.

Owning the path: from cooperation to regional development

In recent years, Daniel has played an important role in strengthening cooperation between Normec Hybeta and other Normec companies in Germany. By taking ownership of these initiatives, he has helped create new opportunities – from opening doors to new customers to supporting companies entering the German market.

“In these projects, I had complete entrepreneurial freedom to develop ideas, initiate partnerships and implement them together with the teams,” he explains. “The trust from management was clearly noticeable. There was no holding back, just real confidence that we would make the right decisions locally.”

Growing through responsibility

The increased responsibility has also accelerated Daniel’s development, both professionally and personally. “Over the past year, I have developed significantly on a personal level in particular,” he reflects. “Working more closely with different companies at Normec sharpened my view of leadership, cooperation and change.”

For Daniel, achieving results is always a team effort. He believes that strong teams, combined with clear responsibilities and transparent goals, create the foundation for success. “A strong team with clear areas of responsibility and transparent goals ensures that everyone knows what really matters and that we take joint responsibility for results.”
