As a Research Associate in Microbiology and Cell Biology at Normec Valitech, Kristina helps ensure the quality and safety of medical devices through scientific testing and analysis. 

What she enjoys most about her work is the variety it offers, the opportunity to keep learning and developing, and the support of a team that works together to find solutions. 

Having helped build the cell biology department and continuing to shape its future, Kristina's story is a great example of how ownership, collaboration and personal growth come together at Normec.
