Meet Daniel - Managing Director Normec Healthcare DACH
Daniel’s perspective on entrepreneurship, responsibility and shaping the future
Daniel Triphaus is Managing Director at Normec Hybeta and, as of 1 January 2026, has taken on responsibility for Normec Healthcare DACH. For Daniel, Normec offers the ideal environment for an entrepreneurial mindset: a place where ideas can be put into practice and where responsibility, ownership and growth go hand in hand.
Making things happen, together
“What I value most about Normec is the freedom to pursue my own ideas,” Daniel says. “Here, strategies can actually be implemented, not just discussed.” For him, real entrepreneurial work means shaping development, both for the organisation and personal growth.

Owning the path: from cooperation to regional development
Our corporate value Responsibility & Ownership and Get It Done reflect Daniel’s way of working. In recent years, he has taken on responsibility for expanding and strengthening cooperation between Normec Hybeta and other companies at Normec in Germany.
This has opened doors to new customers, helped position products differently and made it easier for companies to join Normec and enter the German market. “In these projects, I had complete entrepreneurial freedom to develop ideas, initiate partnerships and implement them together with the teams,” he explains. “The trust from management was clearly noticeable, there was no holding back, just real confidence that we would make the right decisions locally.”
Personal and professional growth through responsibility
The increased responsibility also pushed Daniel’s development further, professionally and personally. “Over the past year, I have developed significantly on a personal level in particular,” he reflects. “Working more closely with different companies at Normec sharpened my view of leadership, cooperation and change.”
For Daniel, getting things done requires both teamwork and clarity. “A strong team with clear areas of responsibility and transparent goals ensure that everyone knows what really matters and that we take joint responsibility for results.”
