Pierre’s experience with collaborative success at Normec

MIAS Pharma joined Normec in 2024 with a clear ambition: enable faster and safer access to breakthrough therapies across Europe and the UK. A recent customer challenge required batch certification and regulatory support across multiple countries, going beyond MIAS Pharma’s core services and footprint. Instead of seeking external partners, Pierre reached out to colleagues at Yxion, who are also part of Normec. The result was not simply operational alignment, but strategic synergy: shared expertise, cross-border capabilities, and a joint commitment to deliver for the client. Together, they formed a seamless team that fulfilled the complete requirement.

What stood out most for Pierre was the energy within the team. “There was a shared belief that even if we had not done something before, we could make it happen,” he says. That entrepreneurial mindset built collective confidence and created momentum. From the customer’s perspective, it felt like working with one integrated team rather than two separate entities.
